Whenever somebody says the word "pensive" I always respond (unless I stop myself) with, "Damn, I was going for thoughtful." And sadly, nobody ever gets it. Which makes me think that maybe I do quote movies and tv (but mostly movies) more often than most people. But at least there's a small chance of them recognizing the quote, whereas if I quote things my friends and I say, there's no chance. So I guess it's better to quote movies.
What's really bad is when I want to quote deleted scenes, like has been the case recently after watching Serenity.
